External Door Replacement
External door replacement done properly - opening prepared and squared, flashings and seals installed, and the door adjusted so it closes and locks the way it should.
An external door is part of the building envelope. If the flashings and seals are wrong, water finds its way in. We prepare the opening properly, install to the manufacturer spec and adjust the hardware before we call it finished.
A clear process from first call to handover

Opening measured, existing frame condition assessed and product options discussed.

Install
Old door removed, opening flashed and the new door installed and sealed the same day where possible.

Fit-off
Locks fitted, seals checked and the door adjusted for a clean close.
