+Hardwood or composite?
Both have a place. Hardwood looks beautiful but needs maintenance. Composite is lower maintenance but higher up-front. We will recommend based on how you will use the deck.
+Do you handle permits for decks and pergolas?
If the structure needs a permit, yes - we coordinate that as part of the job.
