The project involved demolition and strip-out of the existing layout, construction of new internal framed walls, plastering works and installation of a cavity sliding door system to support the new floor plan and functionality of the tenancy.

Demolition of the existing layout
Master Framers carried out the demolition works, removing the existing internal layout and linings.
Strip-out of ceilings and services
Ceilings, linings and redundant services stripped out to expose the shell ready for the new internal works.
New internal framed walls
New internal timber-framed walls, partitions and ceiling framing were set out and built to suit the new floor plan.
Plastering and cavity sliding door installation
Plastering works to the new framed walls and ceilings, together with installation of a cavity sliding door system, completed Master Framers' scope on the project.
