Bathroom Renovation Process: From 3D Design to Finished Bathroom
A bathroom renovation starts with what you want it to feel like. We can visualise the bathroom in 3D, help you choose and order materials, then strip out the old bathroom and complete the new one with quality workmanship.

Bathrooms are one of the most personal rooms in a home and one of the most technical to renovate. Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, joinery and finishes all have to come together in a small space. Our process is designed to keep homeowners in control and confident at every step.
Step 1: Understand the client's style and needs
We start with how you want the bathroom to feel - calm, sharp, warm, hotel-like - and how the household actually uses it.
Step 2: Create a 3D bathroom visualisation
Based on what you like and describe, we can produce a 3D visualisation of the bathroom. It is the easiest way to see layout, fittings, finishes and proportions together before any material is ordered.
Step 3: Review layout, finishes and practicality
We walk through the visualisation with you, adjust where needed, and check that the practical side - storage, lighting, ventilation, traffic - works as well as the look.
Step 4: Select and order materials
Once the design is locked in, we help you choose tiles, stone, vanity, tapware, fittings and any premium or imported items. Material lead times are confirmed before site works are booked.
Step 5: Strip out the old bathroom
Demolition is done carefully - protecting the surrounding home, controlling dust, and inspecting what is behind the walls for any hidden issues that need to be addressed.
Step 6: Bring in new materials and coordinate works
Trades are sequenced - plumber, electrician, waterproofer, tiler, carpenter - in the right order. Plumbing, electrical and waterproofing are handled by licensed and qualified trades as required for the Victorian context.
Step 7: Complete the bathroom with quality workmanship
Final fit-out, joinery, mirrors, accessories and a careful walkthrough before handover. We check the details - not just the headline finishes.
